The Firefighter Legacy Cohort is a specially priced midday wellness program created from Abu Baker’s 22 years of service with the Oakland Fire Department. It supports firefighters and other frontline professionals whose careers place extraordinary demands on the body and nervous system.
The cohort welcomes:

Nurses and other frontline workers

Firefighter family members, friends, and professional associates
Participants receive two structured sessions each week combining mobility training, functional movement, nervous-system regulation, and guided recovery.
Sessions may incorporate Power Plate training, compression therapy, red-light therapy, breathwork, mobility work, assisted stretching, and other elements of the Steadfast Method.
